After studying Business Management and moving to Chicago, she earned her esthetics license from G Skin institute in 2014. Combining hands-on clinical skills with strong leadership expertise, she has managed day-to-day practice functions, coached providers, and supported revenue growth while maintaining a high standard of client care and experience. With a background that bridges service, strategy and leadership, Baylie is passionate about helping aesthetic practices operate efficiently, deliver excellent results, and build lasting client relationships.
